Rear Admiral (Ret.) Patrick Lorge brings more than three decades of military leadership and operational infrastructure experience to ATOLLO.
During his distinguished U.S. Navy career, Patrick led major installation, facilities, and operational infrastructure organizations, culminating in command responsibilities for a six-state Navy region overseeing $31 billion in facilities and infrastructure assets, 25 installations, and approximately 10,000 personnel.
Patrick is recognized as a pioneer in smart installation modernization and operational technology innovation within the Department of Defense. He conceived and led the Navy’s Smart Shore initiative, which integrated cyber-secure industrial control systems, smart infrastructure technologies, and advanced operational monitoring capabilities to improve installation operations, energy management, and physical security.
At ATOLLO, Patrick helps guide strategic growth initiatives while supporting customers navigating large-scale operational modernization and infrastructure transformation efforts.
