Wilena Barrs, SHRM-SCP, MAL is a seasoned Human Resources executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across the private, public, nonprofit, and government sectors. She currently oversees the Human Resources Department for ATOLLO Technology Solutions, where she leads initiatives in HR administration, recruitment and onboarding, benefits administration, workforce development, and regulatory compliance.
Throughout her career, Wilena has successfully led organizational change initiatives, implemented operational improvements, and developed and facilitated employee training and development programs. Her broad experience and strategic leadership have allowed her to support organizations in building compliant, productive, and employee-focused workplaces.
Wilena holds a Master’s degree in Leadership from Shorter University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bethune-Cookman University (formerly Bethune-Cookman College). In 2017, she earned the nationally recognized Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential from the Society for Human Resource Management.
In addition to her corporate leadership role, Wilena is the founder of Barrs Business Services, LLC, where she provides HR consulting and workforce solutions to businesses and organizations.
