As the Founder, President and CEO of ATOLLO, Benga is focused to setting the strategic direction of the business, resourcing the strategy, ensuring strong adherence to our core values, and leading the achievement of the business plan.

An industry renowned leader and innovator, Benga has 30+ years of experience in aligning technology to the needs of business including leading start-ups thru mergers & acquisitions (M&A) with several successful exits.  He has a track record of building new business segments, achieving revenue and profit growth, securing customer loyalties, shaping new business opportunities and transitioning such into customer programs and repeatable business.  He has extensive experience in US, UK and MENA markets with emphasis on Government, Defense, Cyber Security, Physical Security, and Industrial Automation segments. He serves as a Cyber Subject Matter Expert for NATO IRCSG & the Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council.

Prior to founding ATOLLO, Benga served as President of Ultra Electronics, 3eTI – a company he co-founded.  His visionary and operational leadership was key to 3eTI’s evolution from a start-up to a leading technology provider to the U.S. Department of Defense including three successful M&A transactions all over a 20-year period.

A former leader within the U.S. Navy, Patrick served for more than 34 years and was promoted to a two-star Rear Admiral.  As a senior officer, he oversaw large portions of the Navy’s infrastructure and operating bases culminating in oversight of a 6-state Navy Region responsible for operations and maintenance of $31 billion in real estate, facilities, and infrastructure, 25 bases and approximately 10,000 personnel; executing a budget of $885 million annually and providing services to 100,000 military family members. He has over 15 years’ experience of strategic planning and execution at the highest levels of government.  Patrick conceived and implemented a Department of Defense “internet of things” called Smart Shore, which earned acclaim throughout the military services, with its cornerstone being a cyber-secure command and control system of industrial controls in addition to base security.  It increased safety; secured building control systems from becoming attack vectors into monetary and personal information systems; and, created a sensing environment to increase physical security.

Patrick is responsible for leading business development efforts at ATOLLO and providing executive leadership on all defense programs.

An experienced technology leader, Daryl has 26+ years developing advanced, integrated forensic and network-monitoring solutions recognized for their reliability, performance, and evidentiary results.  Daryl is a highly regarded cyber solutions expert in the Federal Law Enforcement space and he has an excellent reputation for impacting projects at multiple levels and leading the development of firmware, embedded applications, device drivers, host applications, and GUIs.  He has led the development of bespoke cyber solutions for 30+ deployments with systems running uninterrupted & uncontrolled for several years.

Daryl is responsible for driving the technical strategy for ATOLLO’s cyber-physical security solutions, leading product engineering and development activities and ensuring effective alignment of technical operations with the business strategy.

Bill Olsen is a nationally-ranked professional Facilitator and Trainer focused on delivering accelerated results through Creative Thinking and Creative Problem Solving.  Whether facilitating offsites, training groups, or presenting workshops & seminars, he has a reputation for delivering dynamic sessions, tangible outcomes and strong consensus.  He integrates purpose, processes and participants into workshops that are creative and interactive, while also being practical. Okay, they’re fun! A frequent speaker and retreat leader, he has a passion for accelerating performance.  Having supported clients in 19 countries and 29 US states, he serves those with a genuine need for meaningful change.

As a US Navy Commander, Bill transitioned from service at Sea, to managing Programs ashore.  While leading a high-risk project in 1996 he trained in Creative Problem Solving. Applying creativity as a manager, his project achieved unparalleled success and was awarded the Nation’s “Silver Hammer Award for Reinventing Government”.  He began facilitating other high-risk Defense programs, accelerating them to early milestones and four more Silver Hammers.  As a University professor he shared these skills in original Creative Change Management courses, which were formally recognized as “the most popular electives in the history of the University”.
